Bigger Affiliate Checks With Camtasia and Affiliate Video Brander

Since there are lots of people getting into affiliate marketing every day, it is no wonder that the competition is getting fierce. The challenge is to try and beat the tactics other affiliates are using and think of smart ways on how to achieve this. Affiliate Video Brander is a tool that allows affiliates to act smarter than others. More on that later in this article.

Let's first talk about why using online video presentations work so well with regards to selling products on the Internet…

What better way could there be to wow your prospects and customers than to record and publish top notch, full motion and streaming screen-capture videos? For you as a seller, it's a great feeling to be able to offer a product that gets subscribers and customers excited in great anticipation to buy your product right on the spot.

This is Camtasia in action. It is a proven fact that giving your customers something they can actually see can explode your online sales instantly.

You do not need to have training and a lot of education to be able to know how this system can improve your sales or sales for programs that you're an affiliate of. Anyone can create stunning videos as there are hundreds of multimedia tutorials and step-by-step presentations available online.

The process is like having your customers seated next to you while looking at your desktop, as you show them the things they need to see and hear. All this is done in a step by step manner.

For those of you who don't not know it, yet - what does Camtasia do…?

1. It can record your desktop activity - not only the actions which are taken but also the sound, the explanations which you are speaking into a microphone while recording.

2. In the next step, Camtasia can easily convert your videos into web pages (using flash). Once the videos have been converted from formats like AVI or MPG to Flash, you can have your customers visit the web page which you have produced.

Videos are easier to understand because of the visual aspects. This is unlike reading texts which is not always as comprehensible as seeing and hearing a complete process on your PC.

3. Upload your web pages to your server using FTP. Publish these videos on blogs, within RSS feeds or podcasts. You may want to use your Camtasia videos to reach potential customers. This can be done by uploading your master pieces to video directories like YouTube or Google Video. By doing this, you are actively making use of Web 2.0 techniques.

Video sites and Web 2.0 are all the rage these days and if you are uploading them to places where they can easily be found, you're setting yourself up for free advertising and you can finally get your message across without having to invest thousands of dollars in PPC costs.

There are other things you can do using Camtasia. You can…

- Create stunning multimedia presentations which e.g. show how a certain piece of software works or how certain promotion techniques are being used which are described in the latest ebook you want to promote as an affiliate. This also has the tendency to reduce skepticism among hard-to-please customers.

- Reduce refunds and other customer issues by visually demonstrating how to use your product and how to do it properly. Complaints will be minimized because all the facts can be seen in the visual presentations.

- Promote affiliate products and services using these visual presentations. This is an effective way of pre-selling and redirecting your viewers straight to your affiliate website after they have finished watching the video. Make the most of the presentation by adding your site to the end of the video and make them go there directly if they want more information.

This can easily be put into action using a tool called Affiliate Video Brander. In order to use this tool, you don't even have to create your own videos. All you need to do is use the videos which the merchant has available on his site and you download them to your PC (with the merchant's permission). Videos have proven to increase conversions by a very high percentage.

You simply use Affiliate Video Brander to create a new web page which has a link to the merchant's website included (usually above and below the video). This link is YOUR affiliate link. Moreover, when the video ends, the viewer will be automatically redirected to the merchant's site using your affiliate link. Here's how the interface looks like:

These are just some of the things you can do with Camtasia and Affiliate Video Brander which can be very helpful in promoting your chosen affiliate program. If you're an affiliate and you're not yet using Affiliate Video Brander, you'll be leaving a lot of money on the table since videos can increase your conversions from visitors to buyers by at least 400%!

I am an affiliate - so what's next?

Let's say we've just signed up as an affiliate for a popular product. Now what?

How you approach this is going to depend on where you are coming from.

1) You might have an existing website and you've just discovered affiliate marketing and would like to implement this on your website. You already have your market and traffic. Maybe… Unless you're just starting out. Then you need to find traffic…

2) You may have a site or several different websites and you want to start fresh and build a new website just for affiliate marketing…

3) You want to do affiliate marketing, but you don't want to build a site… YES, that can be done!

4) You're just starting out and you want to do affiliate marketing and build a website or landing pages to promote the programs… OR you want to build 10 or more websites.

Those are just 4 scenarios… One thing you have to be careful with online is that many people will try to sell you on ONE way of doing things. They will convince you to drop everything and go in their direction.

STOP, you don't need to do what the herd is doing!

Everyone is unique and has a different set up and background… you can build from where you are. It's not what you got or want that will make you a success, it's taking massive action! So take what you have and go from there… you don't have to start over; you don't necessarily change directions… just add another dimension.

Unless of course you realize that you are in a hopeless situation… then just follow your gut. If you think the time and money would be better spent in another direction, then end it…

Again, this is all dependent on YOUR situation. This is not a one size fits all internet. And therefore every "guru" can only give you a plan on what has worked for HIM. It's bad advice to do exactly the same if that's not a market you like or are knowledgeable in!

THE BEST PLACE to be in is where your passion is… working in markets that you are passionate about will give your campaigns and efforts more energy… and you will most likely find it easier and have better results!
OF COURSE learn and emulate what the successful people are doing, but don't get consumed with the "you gotta do this" hype… once you've decided what to do, focus.

The traffic that you get to your pages with affiliate programs need to be as targeted as possible to your content and your content should match your affiliate programs or vice versa.

So you should NOT have people looking for televisions coming to your computer store…

How successful you are really depends on the market you are in and how you are doing compared to your competition. If you have a competitive market like mortgages or school loans (OR Internet marketing for that matter!!), then you need to buckle down because it will be a battle and you are probably going to have to spend a lot of money to make money…

ON THE OTHER HAND… the best thing to do is to start from scratch and research markets to find niches that you can tap into. A niche is simply a market that is maybe unique or on the outer fringe… You can often break down a large market into smaller markets fairly easily.

These niche markets will probably get less traffic, but you will also have less competition.

This is where keyword research comes in. An excellent tool to research with and one I highly recommend is NicheBot

When we're talking about niches, normally the best niches are those that have little competition in Search Engines or in Pay Per Click Advertising… People search using keywords and keyword phrases. Find the right keywords that people are searching for and you will find a lot of traffic hitting your website… For search engines, that is FREE traffic!

So you use the tool above to find those niches. You plug in a keyword and it will bring up all kinds of results for people that have searched for that word or words in the last month AND it will also give you results for related or similar words and phrases AND it will show you how much competition there is!… cool stuff; check it out…

One last thing before I go… YOU can do well without a website. Many people are still doing this… there were recent changes to a policy at Google that put a damper on things a bit, but it's still alive and well… it's called Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC) and allows you to drive people to a landing page or sometimes (in niches where you don't want to build a list) to a merchant straight away.

Well, I gotta go… I am currently working on several products for the German market. Yes, I finally got started doing things in german - most importantly building a list. It's something I've been preaching for a long time…

People everywhere around the world are looking for a way to generate an income from home - so if your first language is not english, why not create an info product in your native language?

Stay tuned for some more great info to come! And remember… "Action is key!"

So many options - where do I start?

This is something I struggled with and it's something that a lot of newbies are still struggling with…

When you first come online, you struggle to find that one thing… that one idea to pursue.

BUT! And this is a big "but"… Once you hang around for a while, it seems like ideas and opportunities are everywhere. It simply can become completely overwhelming. And then it gets difficult to decide what to do and what not to do.

Once you do decide on the things you are going to do, you then have to organize your time in such a way to get things done. But how do you decide what you want to do first?

Setting priorities

Priority is one approach to whittling down to what you want to do. What is most important? Better yet, what is going to make you the most money? Or money the fastest?

Once you have figured that out, create a time line to accomplish things. It can simply be on a piece of paper that you tape to your wall next to your computer so you see it everyday.

Then this is the hard part. Do it!

One thing at a time… you can do some stuff simultaneously, but don't do too much. The main thing is to see things to the finish line. It's better to do one thing well and complete it then do a bunch of things poorly and never finish anything completely.

Being focused

Sometimes it will be difficult to stay focused. Not everything you are going to be doing will be fun… Try not to think of the tasks at hand. Don't think about how difficult what you're doing is. Concentrate on the results you are going to get.

Focus on what the benefits of your actions will be. If it's a big project that's going to take a while, you might have to make a note of the "benefits" and tape it to the bottom of your computer's monitor.

A mental or written benefit that you can imagine clearly in your mind.

"What I'm doing will":

1. Bring me lots of traffic.

2. Help me pay the bills.

3. Allow me to quit my day job.

4. Impress that woman or man you have your eye on…

5. It will set the stage for bigger and better things.

6. It will impress your friends or colleagues.

7. It will get your wife off your back.

8. It will simply pay for my hosting every month.

9. It will bring me closer to retiring…

10. It will buy me that car I've always wanted.

What motivates you?

You know what I'm getting at. What do you want the most? We are motivated by specific things in our lives… Love, Money, Power…

That is the benefit for what you are doing. So the next time you are doing that task that is driving you up the wall… close your eyes for a minute and visualize.

Then it's just a matter of setting specific, daily goals to complete things. And disciplining yourself to reach those goals.

Being disciplined

Just like with my Revenue Blueprint ebook and then setting up my complete system. It has been tough. I was very busy. But I tried and wrote at least 3-5 pages per day no matter what was going on… You know what? I didn't always feel like doing it! But I was disciplined and did it anyway, because I had a clear, mental picture of the resulting benefits…

Your job is not finished after you have created your product, though. Then the real work starts. You have to think about how to set up your offer (e.g. OTO's, USP, Bonuses), which payment processors/scripts to use, you'll need graphics for your salesletter and you need to write the salesletter itself. You have to think about pricing, about getting JV partners and other traffic sources.

Accomplishing goals is satisfying!

But it's worth it! You can't imagine what satisfaction it is to see that you've finally accomplished something and that you've put up a new & helpful product. And that's why I personally love to be a product creator. It can't be compared to being an affiliate for other people's products. Because then you are only selling other people's ideas and strategies and not your own.

Affiliate marketing is good for newbies, though. It helps you to learn the ropes of this Internet marketing business. But ultimately, your goal should be to develop your own products and become UNIQUE in the marketplace.

It's more rewarding and pays a lot more than being an affiliate even though super affiliates like Ewen Chia would probably deny this. His absolute breakthrough came along when he started creating his OWN products (Secret Affiliate Weapon, Affiliate of the Month, Autopilot Profits), though.

So there's not that much Ewen could deny… :)

Google Payload and how people are making money with it

You already know that I like to check out new products when they hit the market. Especially, if they contain some groundbreaking strategies like the ones included in a new manual called "Google Payload"…

IN A HURRY? CLICK HERE: http://www.quickanswers.info/GooglePayload

The developer, Alex Goad, has been testing some strategies which can basically be called Traffic Brokering or Arbitrage. This means, you'll buy traffic cheaply and then sell it to other PPC networks where in most cases you can get more than 10-30 times more money for these visitors!

You can compare it with trading Forex where you are making use of the differences between the monetary values of foreign currencies. Sometimes, there are huge differences between them and then it's as easy as buying it cheaply in one country and selling it with huge profits in another.

Here's what Alex says about the System and what it's NOT about:

1) Not Sales dependent affiliate marketing

This is NOT affiliate marketing on Pay Per Click where you lose your shirt today only to get Google Slapped tomorrow. Not even close. It's actually not Affiliate Marketing at all. Best part is, if you've tried your hand at it before, you now have a huge edge in the Google Payload system AND you'll be astounded at how easy it is.

2) No Rocket Science SEO

That's right. When we think Search Engines, we think search engines optimization. Complicated, short lived and time consuming. Google Payload doesn't depend on this for one instant. In fact, you can turn it on or off in a matter of minutes. It's all up to you…

==> http://www.quickanswers.info/GooglePayload

3) No Writing

If you like writing hundreds of articles and submitting them to directories, day after day, running like a hamster in a wheel just to stay in the same place, this is not for you. There is almost no writing at all. In fact if you can spell at the 6th grade level and you only type with 1 finger, you're doing just fine…

4) No Selling. Period.

Selling is hard business. You need sales letters, products, fulfillment and the dreaded customer service. Google Payload is completely free of ANY selling at ALL. In fact, you'll be acting as a "secret middleman", and a very well paid one at that. This is automated income at its best.

5) Thousands of Virgin Niches

There's still huge potential for getting cheap traffic.

I got a review copy of his ebook and I can honestly say that the strategies explained in his ebook are definitely doable. Best of all, he's giving some real life examples of actual landing pages which are making a lot of money for him. In fact, 8 of these profitable pages are included in the package.

But to be honest, it's not all about Google like the name suggests. It is ONE of the options but not the main part of his strategy. In fact, he's suggesting a lot of other, secondary PPC search engines which you can use to start your traffic brokering business.

It's fair to say that this is one of the freshest and most uniquely profitable, Step-by-Step business systems to hit the internet for months if not years. If you've not found "your way" of making money, yet, this manual could be a good start :) .

And he's not charging an arm and a leg for it. Google Payload with the core manual, quick start guide and 8
Deluxe Payload templates will be available for only $77.

That's a special launch discount for those that act fast. (It will go up to $97 quickly) So don't wait.

What knowledge do you need to make these strategies work?
—————————————————————-

* You need to know how to create web pages (don't worry,
you can use a free software tool for this…)

* You need to know how to upload the pages from your PC
to a web server using FTP

* You need to know how to perform keyword research

The Best Ways Of Monetizing Your Blogs

Other than direct sales and adsense, are there any other methods you can apply to make money from your blog?

Yes, there are several, but 4 are usually used more often than others:

1.) Lead Generation (CPA offers)

Of all the other methods you can make money from with your blog, lead generation may be the most promising. This is especially true if the market your blog is in is related to anything financial. Mortage and refinance leads are very good, as they bring in tiered commissions. You'll earn your first tier commission when you generate the initial lead - which will simple entail getting someone to fill out a completely free form. This lead will earn you anywhere from $3 to $12. If this lead then goes on to refinance his/her home with the company in question, you could earn a windfall of several hundreds of dollars.

Two of the most popular networks are:

AzoogleAds.com

PrimaryAds.com

2.) Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing generally consists of either directly signing up as an affiliate through someone's website - or signing up as an affiliate through a third party. You will then use your blog to market this person's products for a share of the total price. If you sell information products from ClickBank (digital products), you can earn as much as 75% per sale.

However, if you sell physical products, such as chairs and tables from LinkShare retailers, such as Wal Mart, in most cases, you will earn a 7-15% commission at best. The main networks are Commission Junction (CJ.com - mainly pyhsical products) , LinkShare.com & Shareasale.com

3.) Newsletter Subscriptions

If the above 2 methods don't sound that appealing to you, you can always consider getting newsletter subscriptions. You can create an opt-in page or a "squeeze page" on your blog and offer a subscription to your newsletter. If you provide quality content and promote your blog at the same time, you could end up with hundreds of subscribers over time. Then you can e.g. display Adsense on your blog or you could send them direct ads for any products you are selling.

4.) Selling Banner Ad Space & Text Links

Selling advertising space directly also is a good way of earning some residual income. If you want to do it this way, you need to have a page on your blog which is dedicated to advertising on your site. You need to list the different rates (e.g. weekly, monthly subscriptions) and your rules for what kind of ads you accept.

In case that you don't want to handle all of this yourself, you can also use some third party services. Some of the most popular and known services in this area are:

AdBrite.com

Text-Link-Ads.com

Blogads.com

Casalemedia.com

Whatever you are doing, be sure to test each of these methods individually, so you can maximize the revenue from your blog. Most of these methods can be used on ANY website, though.
